Privacy Policy
Sete Clave. Last updated: November 3, 2026.
This policy describes what Sete Clave does with the data of people who get in touch through the websites we build and manage for our clients, and through the agency's own website.
Why we record contacts
When someone fills out a form, or clicks the WhatsApp button, the phone number, or the email address on a website we manage, including this one, that contact is recorded in our internal dashboard. It has a single purpose: to show the website owner how many contacts they received and through which channel, and to put together the report we deliver every month.
Recording happens on the server. The websites we build do not set tracking cookies for this purpose.
What we store
For each contact, we store:
- What the person wrote in the form: usually name, phone number, email, and message, plus any other fields that particular form has
- The channel the contact came through: form, WhatsApp, phone call, or email
- The page of the website where the contact started, and which button was used
- Where the visit came from, when the web address carries that information, such as the campaign or the website that brought the person in
- The date and time
- A scrambled code made from the IP address
The IP address itself is not stored. It is turned into a code that cannot be converted back into the original number, and it serves only to keep us from counting the same person more than once when they use the same contact channel several times within 30 days.
When the same person gets in touch more than once, we group those contacts so we don't count them as different people. This grouping serves the count only, and it does not create any new information about them.
Who has access
The Sete Clave team, and the client who owns that website, who logs in to the dashboard with a username and password and sees only the contacts received through their own website.
We do not sell, give away, or share this data with third parties. No advertising platform receives the content of the contacts.
Where it is kept and for how long
The data is kept in a database on our server, with daily backups kept for fourteen days.
The contact history is kept for as long as we provide services to the client who owns the website, because that is what makes it possible to compare one month with the next. Once the contract ends, that client's data is deleted at their request or ours.
Rights of people who get in touch
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), anyone can ask us to confirm that we process their data, and to access, correct, or delete it.
Requests can be sent to contact@agenciaseteclave.com. When the contact was made on one of our clients' websites, we handle the request together with that client. We respond within fifteen days.
Protection against automated submissions
This website's contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. It works without asking anything of the person filling it out: there is no image to decipher and no box to check.
To make that distinction, Cloudflare receives technical data from the visitor's browser, such as the IP address and device characteristics, and handles it according to the Turnstile Privacy Addendum, available at https://www.cloudflare.com/application-services/terms/turnstile-privacy-addendum/.
Cloudflare does not use this data for advertising, and Turnstile does not set a tracking cookie. We receive only the answer that the submission came from a person, not the technical data itself.
When a contact arrives by email
On the websites we manage, form messages are also delivered directly to the inbox of the client responsible for the website, through an email delivery service. That content belongs to the client and the recipient, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
